There’s a question on the DS-160 about being vaccinated under U.S. Law. Should I answer yes or no? Posted on August 24, 2014August 28, 2014 by Mrs. Presson At the time of answering your DS-160: If you already have undergone your K1 Visa Medical Exam, then you will answer “Yes”. If you still haven’t done your K1 Visa Medical Exam, then you will answer “No”. There is no right or wrong answer, because by the time you are at the K1 Visa Interview Stage, you would’ve had / completed your K1 Visa Medical Exam and that would mean the physician panel was already done giving you the required immunizations / vaccinations under U.S. Law.
