Our I-129F Fiancé(e) Petition was approved and we already have a case number. What do we do next? Posted on March 24, 2015March 24, 2015 by Mrs. Presson Every process varies for different countries. Make sure you read the U.S. Embassy / Consulate’s Website of your beneficiary’s country. While some countries allow the beneficiary to process their visas with just the case numbers, a lot of beneficiaries from other countries need to wait for instructions from their designated U.S. Embassy / Consulates. It’s always better to wait for instructions since the Department of State have the authority to switch around and update their processes. If you wish to proceed with your process without any instructions from the U.S. Embassy / Consulate, you would be doing this at your own risk and nobody else will be held liable for your own actions but yourself.
