I’m a US Citizen and I want to bring my Fiancee over to the USA. What do I need to do? Posted on July 29, 2014July 30, 2014 by Mrs. Presson First of all, congratulations on getting engaged! In order to bring your Fiance/Fiancee to the U.S. and marry him/her there, you will have to go through the I-129F Fiancé(e) Petition to be filed with USCIS. I’ve discussed the process here. In short, when that is approved, you move on to the K1 Fiancé(e) Visa Process. When that gets approved, your Fiancé(e) flies to the U.S. to be with you and you both can marry each other within 90 days. If you don’t get married, he/she will have to return to their home country.
